Coach Hannah focuses on strength training and is eager to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you want to improve your squat or maintain your strength as you age, Hannah can help you.
As a 4’11 female powerlifter, Hannah’s passion is helping women gain strength and confidence without becoming “bulky” or feeling intimidated. She specializes in teaching people how to lift with proper technique and skill. She designs programs that promote long-term fitness while helping you meet your aesthetic and performance goals.
Hannah is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, a USPA Official, and holds the drug tested Hawai’i state powerlifting records for squat, bench, and total in the 105 lb weight class. She offers in-person and online coaching and is accepting new clients.
