Natalie is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Pre/Post Natal Training Specialist and SFG I StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor. Paired with her background as a Divison 1 collegiate athlete and water polo coach, Natalie has extensive experience developing individuals to maximize their potential. As a coach, athlete and individual, Natalie is passionate about helping others create systems for success to achieve their lifelong health goals. She is excited to coach Mean Training’s Hard to Kill program and can’t wait to meet you.
